Article 1: object
1.1 The General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter: GTC) govern the sale of products between Alexy Hair Extensions and you and lay the basis for all commercial relations taking place between Alexy Hair Extensions and the customer. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with Alexy Hair.com. By ordering with Alexy Hair Extensions, you notify us of your agreement to be bound by these conditions.
1.2 Alexy Hair Extensions reserves the right to modify its T&Cs at any time, without notice; therefore, you are invited to consult them regularly to keep yourself informed of any changes.
1.3 The purpose of the T&Cs is to define the conditions under which the sales of products offered by Alexy Hair Extensions through its website Alexy Hair.com are carried out.
Article 2 – Price
2.1 All prices indicated on the website are indicated with all Swiss taxes included (Swiss VAT and other applicable taxes), unless otherwise indicated. Prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF)
2.2 The prices do not take into account the shipping costs, which will be indicated to you when you register your order, according to a minimum purchase amount, which we have defined and which we reserve the right to modify at any time. .
2.3 Invoicing is carried out according to the rates in force at the time of validation of your order.
Article 3 – Order and payment
3.1 Orders are exclusively received and recorded via the AlexyHair.com site and are only validated after receipt of full payment for the order.
3.2 In the event of partial delivery, the card used will be re-credited with the amount of the unavailable items and an additional delivery, subject to our replenishment, will be offered.
3.3 Payment for purchases is made by bank transfer or credit card (only Visa, Mastercard American Express and Postfinance cards are accepted). The amount of the order will be fully debited immediately after validation of the order. Online payments are secured using the SSL security system.
3.4 Professional customers residing in Switzerland may, upon request and express acceptance, pay the amount of their order on invoice. Contact us about this.
3.5 In the event of a dispute or refusal of payment by officially accredited banking organisations, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the delivery of the order, as well as to refuse or cancel any new order.
3.6 Each customer declares to have read and accepted the T&Cs before formalizing their order. The act of order constitutes the irrevocable acceptance of the GCS by the customer.
3.7 You are not authorized to block payments or to invoice us for benefits that have not been acknowledged in writing.
Article 4 – Customs and local taxes
When you order products which must be delivered outside of Switzerland, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the package arrives at its destination. Any additional costs for customs clearance or local taxes will be your responsibility; we have no control over these charges.
Article 5 – Retention of title
The products ordered remain the property of Alexy Hair Extensions until full payment of the order.
Article 6 – Delivery and deadlines
6.1 The products are sent by post or carrier to the address indicated in the customer account and on the paypal account if payment has been made. A tracking number is provided, it is up to the customer to follow the delivery of his package and to pick it up, if necessary, at the post office or relay deposit within the time specified on the delivery notice. Paypal paid orders are sent to the address of your Paypal account, only this address is authentic, please update your addresses. By receiving delivery of the products, you assume the benefits and dangers associated with them.
We can in no way be held responsible for any delays in distribution after dispatch. A package noted delivered on the tracking is considered in your possession.
6.2 Alexy Hair Extensions reserves the right to make changes to the products until delivery that do not alter their capacity or their operation with other products.
6.3 The deadlines and delivery dates are planned dates having neither a fixed character nor a deadline and are kept by Alexy Hair Extensions as far as possible.
6.4 We offer several shipping methods from Switzerland:
- Standard delivery 5-10 days (excluding holidays);
- UPS express delivery 2-3 days (excluding holidays)
6.5 Orders are generally processed within 24 business hours of full payment for the order. The products are then dispatched within between 2 and 5 working days depending on the stock and our availability. If an item should no longer be in stock, we will notify you immediately and keep you informed of the progress of the order. For custom orders, the lead time is 7 to 30 working days.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal, exception to the right of withdrawal, our return policy for orders to France
7.1 Subject to the exceptions listed below (point 7.6), you can withdraw from your order within 14 days running from the date on which you physically took possession of the goods purchased (or the last good, lot or part if the contract relates to the delivery of several goods or several batches or parts delivered separately), on the condition that the articles are not used, transformed or detached from their original form. Excluding wigs and hair accessories which are firm and definitive purchases
7.2 You must notify us of your decision to withdraw and request a refund by email only ( info.alexyhair@gmail.com ). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your withdrawal request before the 14-day period expires, enclosing a precise and complete description of the defect affecting the product.
7.3 After acceptance of your request for withdrawal, the product(s) must be returned by post against signature at your expense.
7.4 For any additional information on the scope, content and instructions for exercising the right of withdrawal, please contact us by email.
7.5 Effect of withdrawal
After accepting your withdrawal request, we will refund all payments we have received from you. We will use the same means of payment as that used during the initial order; unless you expressly agree otherwise. This reimbursement will not incur any additional costs. We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the product(s). We also reserve the right to reconsider our decision to accept a refund if it turns out that the description of the defect made by the customer does not correspond to the findings made during the return check of the item. In the event of a discrepancy between the returned items and the initial order, Alexy Hair Extensions will not issue any refund.
The direct costs of returning the product(s) remain your responsibility. You will be responsible for the depreciation of the value of the product(s) resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to verify the nature and characteristics of this product(s).
7.6 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of products that have been made to measure;
- Delivery of wigs and hair accessories. All natural hair wigs are adjusted and recreated and personalized after receipt of payment. The wigs are therefore a firm and definitive purchase and no refund for any reason can be granted.

Article 8 – Intellectual property rights
8.1 Alexy Hair advises users that many elements of this site are:

The elements thus protected are the property of Alexy Hair Extensions or third parties having authorized it to use them.
8.2 Any reproduction, representation, use, adaptation, modification, incorporation, translation, marketing, partial or complete by any process and on any medium whatsoever (paper, digital, ...) are prohibited without the prior written authorization of Alexy Hair Extensions, under penalty of constituting an offense of infringement of copyright and/or designs and/or trademark.
8.3 The photographs, texts, slogans, drawings, images, animated sequences with or without sound as well as all the works integrated into the site are the property of Alexy Hair Extensions or of third parties having authorized it to use them.
8.4 Reproductions, on paper or computer, of said site are authorized provided that they are strictly reserved for personal use excluding any use for advertising and/or commercial purposes.
8.5 Website
The site and any software used in connection with it may contain confidential information as well as data protected by intellectual property law. Thus, unless otherwise stated, the intellectual property rights on the documents and all data of any kind contained in the site and each of the elements composing it (images, illustrations, sounds, texts, graphic elements, charter, etc.), including the software, databases and newsletters are the exclusive property of Alexy Hair Extensions, which does not grant any license or any right other than that of consulting the site.
8.6 Brands
It is recalled that the AlexyHair.com site is the owner of the Alexy Hair Extensions brand and its logo. The Internet user acknowledges the exclusive rights of AlexyHair.com on the brand and refrains from making any use of it and more generally from infringing the intellectual property rights of Alexy Hair Extensions. Alexy Hair Extensions reserves the right to claim damages in the event of infringement and more generally of infringement of its intellectual property rights.

Article 9 - Warranties
If a product has a defect or does not offer the promised characteristics, contact us immediately within a maximum period of 5 working days. Wigs have a limited lifespan related to their material and their use.
Article 10- Liability
10.1 Alexy Hair Extensions can in no way be held responsible for damages of any kind that may result from improper use of the products.
10.2 Bleaching hair of any type is strictly discouraged. Virgin weaves and extensions can only be colored by professional hairdressers familiar with this type of product. We formally advise against re-coloring wigs, if you wish to do so despite everything, contact a hairdressing professional who will certify that he knows how to proceed and if necessary ask us for advice beforehand. We cannot be held responsible for any failure or damage and no refunds will be made as a result.

Article 11 – Minors
We do not sell products to minors. If you are under 18, you may only use the AlexyHair.com website under the supervision of a parent or legal representative.
Article 12 – Applicable law
12.1 These T&Cs are subject to Swiss law. You, like us, agree to submit all disputes arising from the existing commercial relationship between you and us to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva.
12.2 If you are a consumer and your habitual residence is located in one of the countries of the European Union, you also benefit from the rights protecting you under the mandatory European provisions.
Article 13 – Final provisions
13.1 In the context of commercial relations with Alexy Hair Extensions, the collection and processing of personal data is necessary and will be treated in a strictly confidential manner. By accepting the T&Cs, you give us your authorization for this and acknowledge that no transfer of data other than to make a delivery or to respond to an injunction from the legal authorities will be authorized. The information and data concerning each customer are necessary for the processing of orders and the commercial relations developed by Alexy Hair Extensions, and for the purposes of internal statistics.
13.2 Alexy Hair Extensions reserves the right to modify these “Terms” at any time. The modifications will be communicated in writing or by any other suitable means and will be considered as accepted in the absence of dispute within 30 days from the date of communication.
